It’s been a very busy couple of months! In September, 27 animals found their perfect new homes, and another 18 were adopted in October. That means 16 rabbits and 29 cats are now safe, warm, and loved in their forever homes.
Of those cats, 18 were kittens – many rescued from multi-cat households where un-neutered cats had quickly multiplied. Our Inspectors were called in after concerns were raised about their welfare, and thanks to the hard work of our team and the kindness of our adopters, every one of those kittens is now thriving in a loving home.
This year has been one of the busiest kitten seasons we’ve seen in a long time, and it’s a powerful reminder of why neutering is so important. Preventing unwanted litters helps protect cats from harm and ensures fewer end up needing rescue and rehoming.
If you’re in receipt of benefits, you may be eligible for a neutering voucher to help cover the cost. Contact us to learn more.
Together, we can make a difference and give every cat the chance of a better, happier life.
