Pirate arrived at RSPCA Oxfordshire in a desperate state after weeks alone on the streets with a severely ulcerated eye. Thanks to the quick actions of a concerned local resident, an RSPCA Inspector and our veterinary team, he received the urgent surgery and care he needed. Now safe, warm and recovering, Pirate is slowly learning to trust again.
