Abigail is a beautiful 11-month-old female cat looking for a patient and loving home. She can be quite shy when meeting new people and will need a calm, quiet environment where she can settle in at her own pace.
Abigail came into care through our inspectors after her previous owner was no longer able to care for her. She has never been outside and had very little handling before coming into foster care, so the world can feel a little overwhelming for her at times.
Although she is naturally nervous, Abigail is already beginning to build trust with her foster carers and her sweet personality is starting to shine through. Once she feels comfortable, she absolutely loves head rubs, gentle fuss, and playtime. Watching her relax and enjoy attention has been incredibly rewarding, and she continues to grow in confidence every day.
With patience, understanding, and plenty of reassurance, Abigail is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion.
