How We Help
At RSPCA Oxfordshire, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of animals and supporting pet owners in our community. We offer a voucher scheme to help towards veterinary costs, microchipping and neutering, we’re here to help ensure animals receive the care they need.
Whether you’re facing an urgent situation, need help with rehoming, or are looking for advice on responsible pet ownership, our team is here to help with compassion and expertise.
Explore the ways we assist both animals and their owners below, and don’t hesitate to contact us for support.

Emergency Help for Animals
If you have an urgent situation with your pet, please contact your local vet, who may provide a 24-hour emergency service for immediate assistance.
To report an injured animal or one in distress, call the RSPCA National Control Centre Cruelty Line at 0300 1234 999.
Our Microchipping Mission
Keeping pets safe and identifiable is a key part of responsible pet ownership, and we’re proud to support this through our subsidised microchipping services.
We provide a voucher scheme to help with the cost of microchipping animals for people on means-tested benefits across the Oxfordshire area. Microchipping is not only a legal requirement in dogs and cats, but it is also a vital tool in reuniting lost pets with their owners.
Contact welfare@rspcaoxford.org.uk for a voucher.

Support with Neutering Costs in Oxfordshire
We’re here to help pet owners in the Oxfordshire area who are receiving means-tested benefits access affordable neutering and veterinary care.
Our goal is to ensure that vulnerable animals who might not otherwise see a vet get the care they urgently need.
If you receive Housing Benefits, Income Support, ESA, or Universal Credit and need assistance with neutering your pet, please get in touch at welfare@rspcaoxford.org.uk.
Need to Rehome Your Pet?

Whether your circumstances have changed or you can no longer provide the care your pet needs, we’re here to offer guidance and support during this tough time.
While our primary focus is on animals collected by the RSPCA Inspectorate, we are committed to helping pet owners in our community.
If you need to find a new home for your pet, we will do everything we can to assist you in ensuring your animal is placed in a safe, loving environment.
Our team works with compassion and dedication to make the rehoming process as smooth as possible for both you and your pet. Reach out to us for advice and to discuss your pet’s needs – we’re here to help.
